Delivery Timeframes

Standard orders typically ship within 2–5 business days.

Freight items (larger equipment like rotary lasers or tripods) may take longer depending on location and carrier schedules. Freight deliveries are curbside by default.

Once your order leaves the warehouse, we’ll send you tracking details via email within 24 hours.

Freight Shipping Notes

Most large products ship on a pallet.

Some freight carriers may contact you to schedule delivery; others will drop it at your nearest accessible location (usually curbside).

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. If anything looks damaged or missing:

Take clear photos of the damage.

Make note of it on the delivery receipt before signing.

Email us at support@surveyingpros.com with the photos within 24 hours.

Delivery Discrepancies

Check that the number of boxes or pallets matches what’s listed on the delivery receipt.

If there are missing items, write it on the receipt and contact us right away.

Concealed damage (not visible on the outside) must be reported to support@surveyingpros.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Processing Times

After your order is placed, please allow 24–72 hours for us to confirm shipment with the manufacturer. Once your product is confirmed and shipped, delivery generally takes 5–15 business days depending on your location.

Important Notes:

We ship to the contiguous 48 U.S. states for free.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii is not currently supported.

If you need to change your delivery address after your order is processed, we’ll try to help—but you’ll be responsible for any carrier fees related to the change.
