At Surveying Pros, we pride ourselves on offering one of the best return policies in the industry. You can cancel your order at any time before it ships, free of charge (exceptions apply for custom orders, see below).

Cancellations (Before Order Ships)

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can refund you in full before your order leaves the warehouse. Reach an agent during business hours at (469) 202-7973, by using the chat in the bottom right corner, or by emailing support@surveyingpros.com anytime.

Cancellations of Custom Orders

Custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded, as these products are put into production specifically for your order.

These units are custom made to your specifications and are started immediately after your order is placed. Your warranty will guarantee you a fully functional and operational product. If it is unclear whether your order is custom or made-to-order, please contact us before placing your order.

All sales are final for custom-made and made-to-order products.

Refunds and Returns

If you need to exchange your product, you may do so. Customers are responsible for any shipping costs throughout the return or exchange process.

Not all orders are eligible for return once they have shipped. Since we source products directly from the manufacturer, if the manufacturer does not permit a return, we cannot offer one. This often varies case-by-case, so please contact us for clarification on your specific product.

Due to rising LTL/freight shipping costs, any outright returns will incur a 25% cancellation fee plus return shipping costs. If you are replacing the product with another, we may be able to help offset some costs depending on the product.

Customers have 30 days from the date they received the item to initiate a return. However, please check the product page for specific brand policies, as brand-specific return policies override our general 30-day return window.

Shipping Times

We do our best to ship your order as soon as possible. Estimated shipping times are provided on the product pages based on information from our suppliers and freight carriers, and may vary without notice due to supply chain issues, manufacturing delays, shipping bottlenecks, and other factors.

Shipping delays are unavoidable and outside of Surveying Pros' control. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these situations.

Important Notes When Ordering

By placing an order with Surveying Pros, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • I will inspect the package upon delivery and notify Surveying Pros within 24 hours if there is any damage, including providing photos.

  • I am responsible for the cost of return shipping and the cost of a replacement product shipment, if applicable.

  • Returned products must be unopened and unused. Additional restocking fees may apply.

  • If my order has left the warehouse, I am not entitled to a full refund.

  • If I return my order after shipment, I will pay return shipping fees and restocking fees (typically around 20%).

  • Shipping estimates are not guarantees and may vary due to circumstances beyond Surveying Pros' control.

  • I agree not to cancel or chargeback an order due to shipping delays caused by external factors.

Damages

Inspect your item(s) immediately upon delivery. If damage is found, document it when signing for the delivery and send photos of the damage, box, and SKU along with a brief description to support@surveyingpros.com within 24 hours.

Failure to report freight damage within 24 hours voids the freight damage claim.

Warranty

Warranty coverage varies by manufacturer. Warranty claims relate to damages occurring over time through normal use. Damage present at arrival must be reported within 30 days; otherwise, it does not qualify as a warranty issue.

Returns

Surveying Pros customers are responsible for all return shipping charges or reconsignment fees caused by customer error unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Most of our products have guaranteed warranty policies, ensuring you will receive a fully functional and operational product without additional expense. Please refer to the product pages for warranty details.

BOGO Promotions

In a BOGO promotion, both items must be returned for a full refund. If only one item is returned, you will receive either a replacement item or store credit for the individual item’s value.

If your order has shipped, you will be responsible for actual return shipping charges and possibly a restocking fee, depending on the manufacturer.

Refunds will only be issued to the original form of payment used when placing the order.

Chargebacks

Our team is here to help and resolve any issues you may have. We are committed to fairness and quick resolution.

Customers filing fraudulent chargebacks will be held criminally liable for theft. Please contact us at support@surveyingpros.com for assistance before initiating a chargeback. We appreciate your cooperation and business.
