Order Confirmation and Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.

We will automatically contact our suppliers to confirm that your item is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and notify you via email. If your item is available for immediate shipment (within five business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.

We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the email address you provided at checkout. If you do not receive tracking information within six business days, please follow up with us at support@surveyingpros.com.

No Shipping Outside the USA

Some exceptions apply. If the website allows you to check out and enter your shipping address, you will receive your order. Certain products are available in Canada.

Changing Address

If your order has been processed or shipped and you need to change the shipping address, we will do our best to accommodate the change. Please expect potential delays.

If additional charges are incurred from our freight companies due to the address change, they must be paid by the customer. No exceptions apply.

Shipping Times

All shipping times provided are estimates and should not be considered guarantees.

We make every effort to ensure orders ship as quickly as possible. However, if a customer chooses to cancel an order due to a shipment delay, they are responsible for all associated shipping charges, warehouse storage costs, and any other fees incurred.

Customers who file a chargeback for shipping delays will be held criminally liable for theft. No exceptions apply.

Shipping Options

Our standard "curb-side pickup" shipping is free. This option usually takes between five to fifteen days to arrive at your doorstep after you place your order.

Additional shipping options include:

• Threshold Shipping: Your item will be delivered to your porch or sheltered/garage area.

• White Glove Delivery: Your item will be brought into your room of choice, minor assembly will be completed, and all packaging will be removed from your home.
